I created a podcast series to breakdown the show from a corporate governance perspective with Kate O’Leary, Global Executive Litigation Counsel at GE.1
We recorded one episode for each season of the show. For the last two episodes, we invited additional guest speakers: for the third episode we were joined by Sean Berkowitz, the Global Chair of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice at Latham & Watkins.
