I created a podcast series to breakdown the show from a corporate governance perspective with Kate O’Leary, Global Executive Litigation Counsel at GE.¹

We recorded one episode for each season of the show. For the last two episodes, we invited additional guest speakers: for the third episode we were joined by Sean Berkowitz, the Global Chair of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice at Latham & Watkins. For the fourth and final episode, we were joined by Joe Nocera, a distinguished business journalist and author.
