With my UC Law SF, Cooley & Nasdaq colleagues celebrating our 2nd VCBA in NYC

I published my last newsletter on a Sunday due to travel commitments and received such positive engagement that I’m sharing this one on Sunday as well.

I’m back from NYC this week, where I participated in two corporate governance programs, both at Nasdaq’s MarketSite:

• The first one was Nasdaq’s 2024 Global Governance Pulse Forum, highlighting the results from a Nasdaq survey that gathered data from over 870 board members, executives, and governance professionals across organizations and industries globally. I spoke on a panel with Emily Peterson Alva (board member at Alkermes plc and Amneal Pharmaceuticals) and Mauro Rodrigues da Cunha (board member at Embraer, AES Brazil, Klabin and Hypera Pharma), moderated by Vanessa Messics, Co-Head of Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence.
