I’m back from NYC this week, where I participated in two corporate governance programs, both at Nasdaq’s MarketSite:
The first one was Nasdaq’s 2024 Global Governance Pulse Forum, highlighting the results from a Nasdaq survey that gathered data from over 870 board members, executives, and governance professionals across organizations and industries globally.
